Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships post-sale. You’ll run check-ins, vet and present candidates, coordinate placements, and turn happy clients into rehires and referrals while working directly with the founders in a small, fast-growing team.

This role is 100% remote with US business hours and USD pay, bi-monthly. You’ll own client outcomes, spot issues early, and grow as the company scales through high ownership and proactive

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships post-sale and drive outcomes.
• Strong written and verbal communication; comfortable with a fast-paced startup setting.

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients and own the engagement.
