Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships after the sale. You will run check-ins, coordinate placements, vet and present candidates, and turn happy clients into rehires, reviews, and referrals.

The role is fully remote in the US with duties across growth, retention, and client success. You’ll join a small team with direct access to founders, working during US business hours and delivering proactive, attentive service to an expanding client

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Strong written and verbal communication; responsive and proactive.
• Ability to own client outcomes and work without micro-management.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients and manage relationships through every engagement stage.
• Vet and present candidates, coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and close placements.
• Proactively spot issues and coordinate solutions to retain clients and generate referrals.
