Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships after the sale, coordinating placements, vetting candidates, and ensuring client satisfaction in a fully remote US-focused role.

You will work directly with the founders, respond during US business hours, and leverage a high ownership mindset to drive referrals, repeat business, and long-term partnerships across offshore staffing.

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale point of contact for existing clients and manage relationships across engagement stages.
• Coordinate candidate vetting, interviews, and placements; ensure quality before presenting to clients.
• Drive growth and retention by proactively generating reviews, referrals, and repeat business.
