Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships after the sale, coordinating placements and presenting candidates across time zones in a 100% remote setup.

You will join a small founder-led team, work with the co-founders, and grow with the company while ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business. You must communicate clearly, think critically, and take ownership of outcomes, with availability during US business hours.

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients and manage end-to-end relationships.
• Evaluate and coordinate candidate interviews, feedback, and placements.
• Drive growth and retention by identifying renewal opportunities and requesting referrals.
