Job summary

Hire Overseas is hiring an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships after the sale. You will manage check-ins, vet and present candidates, and coordinate placements while ensuring high client satisfaction.

This fully remote role requires US business hours availability, with strong ownership and opportunities for growth as the company scales. You will work directly with the founders in a fast-growing offshore staffing environment focused on referrals and repeat

Qualifications

• Post-sale relationship management experience.
• Ability to vet and present candidates.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making.
• Clear and concise written communication.
• Willingness to own client outcomes end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients.
• Join kickoff and check-in calls and own relationships through engagement.
• Run regular check-ins and spot issues with placed contractors.
• Respond promptly to client messages; urgency is a baseline.
• Evaluate top candidates from recruiting and present to clients.
• Coordinate interviews and manage feedback to close placements.
• Turn client satisfaction into long-term relationships and referrals.
