Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships, post-sale. You will manage check-ins, vet and present candidates, coordinate placements, and proactively spot and fix issues, turning happy clients into long-term partners.

This remote role allows you to work from anywhere with US business hours overlap. You will collaborate directly with the founders in a high-ownership environment, driving referrals and repeat business as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Post-sale client relationship management experience.
• Strong ability to vet and present candidates.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls to manage the client relationship.
• Run regular check-ins and spot problems before clients notice them.
• Coordinate placements and ensure smooth candidate handoffs and onboarding.
• Respond promptly to client messages, maintaining high responsiveness.
