Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own existing client relationships after the sale. You will be the main point of contact, drive check-ins, vet and present candidates, coordinate placements, and turn happy clients into referrals.

This fully remote role operates during US business hours, collaborating directly with the founders in a fast-growing offshore staffing company. It offers high ownership and growth opportunities as the company scales.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary point of contact for existing clients after the sale.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and own the client relationship through every stage.
• Run regular check-ins across every active account and spot problems with a placed contractor before the client does.
• Fix issues when they arise without waiting to be told and without letting things drop.
• If a client messages at 9pm, you reply; responsiveness is a baseline.
• Evaluate top candidates surfaced by recruiting team and decide who to present.
• Tell the difference between a strong candidate and one who interviews well.
• Present picks to clients, coordinate interviews, handle feedback, and close placements.
• Own the quality of every candidate that goes in front of a client.
• Spot when a client is ready to hire again and proactively bring it to them.
• Ask for reviews and introductions when clients are happy to drive referrals.
• Mark first placements and milestones with thoughtful gestures.
• Turn client satisfaction into long-term relationships and referrals.
