Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own post-sale client relationships across our offshore staffing platform. You will run check-ins, vet candidates, coordinate placements, and help clients hire overseas talent while turning results into referrals.

This fully remote role requires availability during US business hours and a proactive, ownership-driven mindset. You will work directly with founders and help scale a referral-driven, high-growth client base.

• High critical thinking with the ability to form a clear view and defend it.
• Full ownership mindset; own client outcomes until solved.
• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; strong messages trump generic ones.
• Responsive by nature and able to keep clients prioritized.
• Comfortable growing into a role with increasing scope.

Responsabilités

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients and own the relationship throughout engagement.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and manage client relationship through all stages.
• Run regular check-ins and spot problems with placed contractors before clients notice.
• Fix issues promptly and avoid letting things drop.
• Respond to client messages during US business hours as a baseline.
• Evaluate and present top candidates surfaced by recruiting and coordinate interviews.
• Own the quality of every candidate presented to clients.
• Proactively identify when a client is ready to hire again and pursue referrals.
• Encourage reviews and introductions to fuel growth and repeat business.
