Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own post-sale client relationships and coordinate candidate vetting and placements for our offshore staffing platform. You will engage with founders and executives, ensuring client outcomes are successful and referrals grow.

You will work in a fully remote environment with US business hours, collaborating directly with co-founders. The role offers ownership, rapid growth, and a strong impact on client success and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; a genuine message beats a polished generic one.
• Responsive by nature with the ability to keep clients feeling prioritized without being chained to a desk.
• Ownership mindset; take ownership until issues are solved.

Responsibilities

• Be the primary post-sale contact for existing clients and manage relationships through engagement.
• Evaluate and present top candidates, coordinate interviews, handle feedback, and close placements.
• Spot early signs of client satisfaction or risk and drive renewal and referrals.
• Proactively drive growth and retention by identifying hiring needs and turning happy clients into repeat business.
