Hire Overseas is seeking an Internal Customer Success Manager to own and nurture existing client relationships after the sale. You will coordinate check-ins, vet and present offshore candidates, and drive placements while spotting problems before clients do.

You’ll work in a small team with direct access to the founders, tackling high-ownership challenges as the company scales. Strong communication and proactive problem-solving are essential.

Qualificações

• Relevant experience in customer success, account management, staffing, or recruiting.
• Clear, real, personal written communication; a genuine message beats a polished generic one every time.
• Responsive by nature with the ability to keep clients feeling prioritized without being chained to a desk.
• High critical thinking with ownership to solve client problems and improve outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Be the primary post-sale point of contact for existing clients.
• Join kickoff, check-in, and escalation calls and manage the client relationship through every stage.
• Run regular check-ins across active accounts and spot issues early with contractors.
• Address issues proactively and ensure timely client communication, even outside core hours.
• Evaluate top candidates surfaced by recruiting and decide who to present to clients.
• Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and close placements.
• Ensure the quality of every candidate presented to clients.
• Identify opportunities for growth and retention, including repeat business and referrals.
• Encourage client reviews and introductions to expand the client base.
