Job summary

Gartner is hiring a Client Success Associate NCE (Portuguese) for a remote opportunity with locations in Fort Myers, FL and Irving, TX. You will onboard clients, prove Gartner services, and drive engagement across teams, ensuring value and retention.

In this role, you will build relationships with executives and practitioners, introduce Gartner capabilities, and collaborate with internal partners to maximize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must be bilingual English and Portuguese.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients from senior to junior levels across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Sales.
• Introduce Gartner services and capabilities to new clients and communicate value to decision makers.
• Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface client priorities and recommend a program of action.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize value for clients.
• Conduct regular reviews of client book of business focusing on performance and engagement metrics.
