Gartner is seeking a Client Success Associate to help clients realize value from Gartner services. You will onboard new clients, surface business priorities, and connect clients with Gartner experts to drive engagement and ROI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred along with 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience.
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Bilingual in English and French.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients ranging from senior C-levels to more junior client professionals to ensure they are successful in the use of Gartner subscription.
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth by working as part of a service team.
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI and adoption.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and share best practices.
