Gartner, Inc. (NYSE: IT) is seeking a Client Success Associate for a remote opportunity, fluent in French Canadian and English. You will onboard clients, demonstrate Gartner services, and drive engagement across large client teams.

You will collaborate with senior leaders across IT, HR, and other functions to surface priorities, align Gartner resources, and deliver value. The role offers remote work and strong growth potential.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree is preferred along with 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience
• Proven track record of success fueled by a passion for delighting clients
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills
• Bilingual in English and French

Responsabilidades

• Partner with clients from senior C-levels to junior staff to ensure successful use of Gartner subscription
• Deliver value to decision makers and drive Gartner growth by account management or connecting clients with Gartner experts
• Identify client priorities and align Gartner resources to maximize ROI of their membership
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and design innovative solutions to overcome obstacles
• Leverage insights and metrics to drive ongoing client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth
