Gartner in Fort Myers, FL, seeks an associate in the New Client Engagement (NCE) team to onboard clients, demonstrate Gartner resources, and surface business priorities. You will lead calls, collaborate with Sales to show value, and tailor Gartner resources to drive impact for executives.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree, bilingual English/Portuguese, and 6+ months of relevant experience with strong communication and organizational skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Bilingual English and Portuguese.
• 6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for driving client success.
• Ability to demonstrate strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills; ability to be agile and flexible
• Well defined time management and organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand client priorities and challenges and articulate the value of Gartner's renowned products and services.
• Collaborate with our Sales teams on how to effectively demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients to increase likelihood of engaging and purchasing a license.
• Research prospective and existing companies, C-Level executives, business trends, and competitive intelligence to prepare relevant and tailored Gartner resources to drive impact.
