Gartner is seeking a Client Success professional to join the New Client Engagement (NCE) team. You will guide onboarding for new and upgraded clients and conduct pre-sale demonstrations of our resources to prospects as part of the sales process.

Qualifikationen

Bachelor’s degree preferred.
6+ months relevant professional and/or internship experience with a proven track record of success fueled by a passion for driving client success.
Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
Well defined time management and organizational skills.

Aufgaben

Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand priorities and articulate Gartner’s value to decision makers.
Collaborate with Sales to demonstrate Gartner products and resources to prospects or clients and drive engagement.
Research prospective and existing companies, executives, and trends to tailor Gartner resources for impact.
