Gartner, Inc. is seeking a Client Success Associate to onboard new clients and demonstrate the value of Gartner subscriptions. You will partner with clients across IT, HR, supply chain, marketing, finance, legal, and sales to ensure they achieve business goals.

You will identify priorities, connect clients with Gartner resources, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding service that drives retention and growth. A remote opportunity is available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant professional/internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients and delivering value.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Bilingual in English and French.
