Gartner, Inc. is hiring a Client Success Associate near our Fort Myers, FL Center of Excellence. You will support new client onboarding, surface business priorities, and demonstrate Gartner resources to drive engagement.

You’ll work with cross-functional teams to articulate value, launch onboarding experiences, and guide clients toward successful adoption of Gartner services and platforms.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization and critical thinking.

Responsibilities

• Lead prospect and/or client calls to understand priorities and articulate Gartner value.
• Communicate Gartner services and capabilities to decision makers.
• Collaborate with Sales to demonstrate products and resources to prospects or clients.
• Coordinate with internal partners to overcome obstacles and maximize value.
• Research companies and executives to tailor Gartner resources for impact.
