Job summary

Gartner is hiring for a Client Success associate to onboard clients, demonstrate value, and drive engagement with Gartner services. You will surface client priorities and translate them into actionable programs that deliver high ROI and satisfaction.

You will collaborate with internal teams, manage relationships across roles from C-level to staff, and monitor performance metrics to ensure continued value from the Gartner subscription.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of relevant professional or internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and manage relationships with a variety of clients from senior to junior levels across IT, HR, and business practices.
• Introduce Gartner services to new clients and communicate value to decision-makers.
• Facilitate client calls and engagements to surface priorities and recommend actions that drive value and ROI.
• Collaborate with internal Gartner partners to overcome obstacles and maximize client value.
• Conduct regular reviews of the client book of business and analyze engagement metrics.
