Gartner, Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Client Success Associate to onboard clients, prove Gartner services, and drive engagement across teams. You will build relationships from C-suite to staff, surface priorities, and guide action to maximize value from the Gartner subscription.

You will collaborate with internal partners, conduct regular reviews of the book of business, and contribute to retention and growth within a collaborative, hybrid work environment with generous benefits.

Formación

• 3+ years relevant professional and/or internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking, and influencing skills.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build and manage relationships with a variety of clients from C-levels to staff across functions.
• Onboard clients, prove Gartner services, and stimulate engagement with products.
• Collaborate with internal partners to maximize client value and ROI.
• Conduct regular reviews of client book of business and engagement metrics.
