Job summary

Gartner, Inc. (NYSE:IT) is seeking a Client Success professional to onboard clients, surface their business priorities, and demonstrate the value of Gartner services to drive engagement and growth.

You will work with senior to junior stakeholders across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal, and Sales to ensure successful use of Gartner subscriptions. In a hybrid work environment, you will collaborate with internal teams, deliver best-in-class service, and help clients maximize return

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred with 6+ months relevant professional or internship experience.
• Proven track record of delighting clients.
• Strong communication, collaboration, prioritization, critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Onboard clients and prove Gartner services.
• Surface client priorities and align Gartner resources to client needs.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive service delivery and outcomes.
• Drive client engagement, satisfaction, retention and growth using insights and metrics.
• Partner with clients across IT, HR, Supply Chain, Marketing, Finance, Legal and Sales to ensure subscription success.
