Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager for the Client Success Team. You will build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email, inform them about new products and features, and develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.

The role focuses on delighting clients, increasing retention and recurring revenue through strategic consulting, education on industry knowledge, and maximizing investment in Subsplash by fuller utilization of our platform.

Qualifications

• Sales, Client Success, or Account Manager background (1-2 years of experience).
• Experience with small-tier clients.
• College degree required.
• Demonstrates drive for humility, innovation, and excellence.
• Motivation for sales and commitment to team mission.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient at prospecting and online profiling.
• Passionate about influencing, negotiation, and closing.
• Knowledgeable and enthusiastic about technology industry.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Knowledge and/or experience working in the faith sector is highly preferred.

Responsibilities
