Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager for the Client Success Team to strengthen client relationships and drive recurring revenue. You will counsel clients, promote platform adoption, and coordinate strategic initiatives to maximize value.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, product knowledge updates, and proactive problem-solving; travel occasionally may be required, with a focus on client retention and satisfaction in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in Sales/Client Success/Account Management.
• Experience with small-tier clients.
• College degree.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Knowledge of SaaS platforms, analytics, data or databases.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email.
• Inform clients about new products and platform value.
• Develop solutions tailored to client needs.
• Help clients succeed in utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
• Stay educated and educate clients on industry information.
