Subsplash, a leading engagement platform for churches and ministries, seeks an Account Manager for the Client Success Team. You will partner with clients to maximize platform adoption, boost retention, and grow recurring revenue through strategic consulting and relationship-building.

The role emphasizes educating clients, cross-selling Subsplash services, and delivering tailored solutions while aligning with the team’s goals and mission.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in Sales, Client Success, or Account Management.
• Experience with small-tier clients.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Familiar with SaaS platforms, apps, analytics or databases is a plus.
• CRM experience (Salesforce preferred).
• Willing to travel occasionally.
• Knowledge of faith sector preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email.
• Inform clients about new products and platform value.
• Develop innovative solutions tailored to client needs.
• Help clients succeed in utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
• Stay educated and educate clients on industry information.
