Subsplash is seeking an Account Manager to join the Client Success Team. You will delight clients, grow retention, and increase recurring revenue by consulting with clients and maximizing their use of Subsplash.

In this role you will build relationships, inform clients about new products, develop solutions for client needs, and educate on industry insights to help clients succeed with Subsplash’s platform.

Formación

• Sales, client success, or account manager background with 1–2 years of experience.
• Experience with small-tier clients.
• College degree.
• Demonstrates drive for humility, innovation, and excellence.
• Motivation for sales and commitment to team mission.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally.
• Knowledgeable about technology industry; SaaS, analytics, data or databases preferred.
• Knowledge of faith sector is highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Build relationships with targeted clients via phone and email communication.
• Inform clients of exciting new products and features and value of Subsplash platform.
• Develop innovative solutions catered to client needs.
• Help clients succeed in their utilization and implementation of Subsplash products.
• Stay educated and educate clients on industry information.
