Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles, consistently exceeding performance goals.
• Demonstrated ability to manage and grow a book of business, expanding spend and retention.
• Proven success balancing high-volume inbound response with targeted outbound prospecting and account development.
• Skilled in navigating multi-contact organizations and identifying new opportunities within existing accounts.
• Analytical and data-driven, using performance metrics to guide activity.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed every metric. Own performance against revenue targets and activity.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound expansion to capture new business.
• Quote accurately using CharterUP’s marketplace tech to minimize friction in booking.
• Maintain consistent follow-up and conversion velocity through disciplined call patterns.
• Close decisively and drive repeat business by expanding relationships over time.
• Use data to decide where to focus for highest yield and ensure CRM accuracy.
