CharterUP is seeking a Client Solutions Partner to own a high-velocity sales book. This remote-first role handles inbound and outbound activity, builds a personal pipeline, and delivers rapid, reliable bookings that reinforce CharterUP’s reputation for speed and excellence.

You will close new customers, expand recurring ones, and manage a portfolio of high-value accounts. The position rewards decisiveness, urgent action, and accountability in a fast-growing environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles with over­-achieving performance.
• Experience managing a book of business, expanding spend and retention.
• Proven mix of inbound responsiveness and outbound prospecting and development.
• Able to navigate multi-contact organizations and identify opportunities.
• Excellent communication, objection handling, urgency creation, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion, revenue targets, activity, and account growth.
• Manage high inbound leads, drive outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Quote accurately using CharterUP tech to minimize friction in bookings.
• Maintain disciplined follow-up and CRM updates across tools.
• Develop rapport and close opportunities with confidence and accountability.
• Drive repeat business by expanding relationships and renewals.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership on performance improvements.
