Job summary

CharterUP is hiring a Client Solutions Partner for a remote role focused on inbound and outbound sales. You will manage hundreds of customer interactions weekly, close new business, and expand recurring accounts while upholding CharterUP’s speed, reliability, and excellence.

You’ll work with CRM and sales enablement tools, build your book of business, and collaborate with a fast-moving team to drive revenue and repeat engagements.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles with strong results.
• Experience growing a book of business and driving retention.
• Proven success with high-volume inbound and targeted outbound prospecting.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion, revenue targets, outbound/inbound activity, repeat bookings, and account growth.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Quote accurately using CharterUP’s marketplace tech to minimize friction in bookings.
• Maintain disciplined call patterns for velocity and follow-up consistency.
• Close new business and expand recurring ones, building a mini-portfolio of high-value accounts.
• Ensure complete accuracy in quoting, CRM updates, and documentation across systems.
