Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion rates, revenue targets, and account growth.
• Manage high volume inbound leads while driving outbound expansion.
• Create accurate quotes using CharterUP technology and maintain CRM updates.
• Maintain pursuit discipline with follow‑ups and close deals decisively.
• Drive repeat business by expanding relationships and turning bookings into ongoing partnerships.
