CharterUP is hiring a Client Solutions Partner in a remote role, reporting to the Sales Manager. You will manage hundreds of customer interactions weekly, close new business, and expand recurring accounts while upholding CharterUP’s reputation for speed and reliability.

You will own the full sales cycle from quote generation to post-trip follow-up, using our marketplace tech and CRM tools to drive revenue with urgency and precision.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or hybrid revenue roles.
• Proven ability to manage and grow a book of business, expanding spend and retention.
• Proficient in CRM and sales enablement tools (Salesforce, Outreach, G-Suite, Slack).
• Skilled in navigating multi-contact organizations and driving new opportunities within accounts.

Responsabilités

• Hit and exceed metrics: conversion, revenue targets, outbound/inbound activity, repeat bookings.
• Manage high volume inbound leads and drive outbound expansion for new business.
• Create tailored, accurate trip quotes using CharterUP’s marketplace tech to reduce friction.
• Maintain accurate quotes and CRMs, with disciplined follow-up and documentation.
• Close deals and expand recurring relationships through trusted client management.
• Collaborate with peers and leadership on post-mortems to refine tactics.
