CharterUP, LLC. is hiring a Client Solutions Partner to drive revenue through inbound and outbound sales, managing hundreds of interactions weekly.

You will build a personal book of business and ensure bookings reflect CharterUP’s reputation for speed, reliability, and excellence. You’ll handle both new client closures and expansion within existing accounts, working in a fast-paced, remote-first environment with a goal‑driven team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales, account management or hybrid revenue roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Experience growing a book of business by expanding spend and retaining customers.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume inbound and targeted outbound prospecting across multi‑contact accounts.

Responsabilités

• Hit and exceed metrics for revenue targets, conversions, and account growth.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Create accurate trip quotes using CharterUP’s marketplace tech to minimize booking friction.
• Maintain disciplined call patterns to sustain conversion velocity and follow-up.
• Close deals and expand recurring business, building trust as the primary CharterUP contact.
