You will manage a portfolio of high‑value accounts as their CharterUP contact, delivering fast, reliable quotes and seamless bookings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in sales or account management.
• Proven ability to grow a book of business.
• Experience balancing high-volume inbound and outbound.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed metrics for revenue targets, conversion rates, and account growth.
• Manage high inbound lead volume while pursuing outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Use CharterUP’s marketplace tech to generate accurate trip quotes with minimal friction.
• Maintain disciplined call patterns to ensure fast follow-up and smooth conversions.
• Build urgency, rapport, and trust in every interaction to close decisively.
• Drive repeat business by expanding relationships and turning bookings into long-term accounts.
• Diagnose customer needs using active listening and sound judgment to drive efficient bookings.
• Escalate issues when needed and push through obstacles to deliver results.
