Qualifications

• Skilled at high-volume inbound with targeted outbound prospecting.
• Experienced navigating multi-contact organizations and identifying opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Hit and exceed all metrics: conversion, revenue, outbound/inbound activity, repeat bookings, account growth.
• Manage a high volume of inbound leads while driving outbound reactivation and expansion.
• Quote accurately using CharterUP’s marketplace tech to minimize friction in booking.
• Maintain disciplined calls, follow-ups, and CRM updates across systems.
