Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Software and Application Engineer to serve as SME during client discovery and to lead implementations, onboarding, and technical documentation for new partnerships.

You will coordinate across clients, delivery centers, recruiting, sales, and account management to manage plans, risks, and timelines, while supporting post-launch optimization and knowledge transfer for teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years of professional software development, SQA/testing, application support, or related technical field.
• 3–5 years of experience in a BPO environment.
• Strong understanding of Software & Application Engineering services, SDLC, Agile, APIs, cloud, and security.
• Proven ability to lead client-facing conversations and collaborate across dispersed teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Software and Application Engineering SME during client discovery discussions.
• Lead implementations, onboarding activities, technical documentation, knowledge transfer, workflow validation, and delivery-readiness for new partnerships.
• Coordinate across clients, delivery centers, recruiting, sales, and account management to manage plans, risks, and timelines.
• Partner with recruiting and operational teams to define roles, craft evaluations, interview candidates, and train delivery teams.
• Provide post-launch advisory support, investigate complex issues, and recommend corrective actions to optimize delivery.
