Job summary

RainFocus seeks an experienced Solution Consultant to drive post-sale implementations, architect and configure the RainFocus platform, and educate clients on best practices.

You will partner with Solution Architects, lead demos, collect requirements, document designs, and guide projects to on-time delivery while maintaining a focus on customer success and measurable outcomes. Candidates should thrive in fast-paced environments and be comfortable traveling up to 20%.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing SaaS platforms for enterprise clients.
• Ability to gather and document complex requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management.
• Willing to travel up to 20%.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Become an expert in the RainFocus platform.
• Train client admins on the RainFocus tools and processes.
• Configure the RainFocus platform.
• Work with clients to identify business requirements.
• Facilitate design workshops and architecture discussions.
• Document requirements, designs, and test plans.
• Lead solution project calls and demos with clients.
• Balance priorities across multiple assignments.
