Job summary

WeSuite is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to own customer implementations from welcome to go-live and handoff to Support. You will partner with clients to understand goals, solve challenges, and assemble the right team and resources to keep implementations moving smoothly.

You’ll combine strong project ownership with proactive guidance, ensuring clients feel supported throughout the process. Location: United States (remote), with hybrid option if based near White Plains.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing software implementations.
• Strong project management skills with multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Excellent client communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable coordinating across multiple internal teams and resources.
• Familiarity with AI tools for research, analysis, and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations end to end from kickoff through go-live and handoff.
• Build and maintain plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities and risks.
• Lead weekly client meetings with professional communication throughout the engagement.
