WeSuite is seeking a Client Solutions Manager to own customer implementations from kickoff to go-live and handoff to Support. You will partner with clients, understand their goals, and coordinate across Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, QA, and Development.

Qualifications

3+ years of experience managing software implementations or similar client-facing technology initiatives.
Strong project management skills and experience handling multiple priorities and stakeholders.
Proactive mindset with initiative and follow-through.
Strong client communication, presentation, organization, and relationship-building abilities.
Comfortable using AI tools to research, analyze information, document work, and automate tasks.

Responsibilities

Lead client implementations end to end from kickoff through go-live.
Create and maintain plans covering scope, timelines, milestones, responsibilities, and risks.
Ensure steady progress through regular follow-up and proactive issue resolution.
Act as the main client contact and lead weekly meetings.
Translate client workflows and goals into actionable project plans.
Coordinate configuration, testing, training, and go-live preparation.
Connect clients with Professional Services, Support, Sales, Product, QA, and Development.
