Qualifications

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Research data regarding account and billing information to validate debts.
• Handle daily client requests via telephone, email, fax and mail.
• Produce reports as requested by clients.
• Learn new computer platforms/systems as needed.
• Comply with applicable laws and TSI policies.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on possible improvements.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
