Responsibilities

• Research data regarding account and billing information to validate debts owed.
• Handle and respond to daily client requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, fax and mail.
• Produce reports as requested by clients by assisting in the creation of the reports.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and provide feedback for process improvements.
