Responsibilities

• Research data regarding account and billing information to validate debts owed.
• Handle and respond to daily client requests via phone, email, fax and mail.
• Produce reports as requested by clients and assist in report creation.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new computer platforms/systems.
• Comply with applicable Federal, State, and Local laws and TSI policies.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Provide feedback to management on problems or improvements.
• Make recommendations to improve processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
