Job summary

Transworld Systems Inc. is seeking a Remote Call Center Representative to join our growing customer service team. This role offers a remote/work-from-home setup with equipment provided; compensation ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 annually based on experience.

You will handle client inquiries, validate debts, generate reports, and help ensure customer satisfaction while adhering to federal, state, and local laws and TSI policies.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication.
• Professional, mature manner with a can-do attitude.
• Maintain the highest level of confidentiality.
• Work with minimal supervision.
• Team-oriented environment.
• Able to multi-task and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Research data regarding account and billing information to validate and confirm debts owed.
• Handle and respond to daily client requests, inquiries, and problems via telephone, email, fax and mail.
• Produce reports as requested by clients by assisting in the creation of the reports.
• Learn new computer platforms/systems as required.
• Comply with all applicable Federal, State, and Local laws & regulations and TSI policies.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction; provide feedback for process improvements.
• Make recommendations to implement improved processes.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
