Account Control Technology is seeking a Remote Client Services Representative to support customers in the Central or Eastern zones. This work-from-home role offers paid training, equipment provided, and a path to growth within our client services team.

Responsibilities include researching account and billing information, handling daily client requests via phone, email, and mail, and producing client reports.

Qualifications

• Background in student loan servicing and/or client services.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Proficient computer skills and attention to confidentiality.
• Desire to thrive in a remote, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Research data regarding account and billing information to validate debts.
• Handle daily client requests via telephone, email, fax and mail.
• Produce client reports as requested by clients.
• Demonstrate willingness to learn new computer platforms/systems.
• Follow all applicable laws, regulations and company policies.
• Provide timely follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction.
