Job summary

Next Stop Travel is seeking a Customer Service Representative to support clients remotely with scheduling, reservations, and communications. You will coordinate service plans, respond to inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms, and maintain accurate records in internal systems.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in a remote setting, with strong communication and problem-solving skills. Training and ongoing support are provided.

Qualifications

Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles preferred.

Responsibilities
