Job summary

Next Stop Travel, a remote-based organization, seeks a Customer Service Representative to handle client requests, organize service arrangements, and support coordination with strong attention to detail in a remote setting.

You will act as the client contact across email, phone, and online platforms; identify needs; schedule and plan services; submit reservations with providers; ensure timely follow-up; and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, coordination, or administrative roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries via email, phone, and online platforms
