Job summary

Unisys is seeking a Client Service Manager to work remotely from California. The role provides direction to Field Engineering teams across locations and ensures end-to-end support for identified issues.

You will coordinate procurement activities, liaise with clients and technical teams, and help define processes and priorities to optimize service delivery. The ideal candidate has a BA/BS and 4–6 years of relevant experience (0–2 years leadership), and must be in the West Coast time zone.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree and 4-6 years’ relevant experience OR equivalent combination
• 0-2 years’ leadership experience
• MUST BE IN WEST COAST TIME ZONE
• Export control regulations eligibility for US Government authorizations

Responsibilities

• Provide clear direction to Field Engineering supervisors and teams across locations
• Identify recurring trends and potential issues with new system releases or upgrades
• Ensure end-to-end support to address identified issues
• Resolve key issues raised by supervisors, referring complex cases to tech or senior management
• Monitor hardware, software and equipment availability for gaps with business impact
• Oversee procurement-related activity to ensure on-time delivery
• Act as liaison between clients, end-users and technical teams
• Assist in determining appropriate processes, policies or procedures
• Establish work processes and priorities
• Allocate people, budgets and resources
