Job summary

Safelite is hiring for a remote, full-time or part-time customer service role starting January 2027. You’ll handle inbound calls, verify insurance details, and guide customers through glass-claim processes. Training is provided, with flexible shifts and no overnights.

Pay is $18.00/hour with potential bonuses, plus up to $5,250 tuition reimbursement annually. Equipment is required (Windows 11 PC, Ethernet). Works from home in eligible states.

Qualifications

• Answer inbound calls from customers, policyholders, agents, or auto glass shops using scripted prompts.
• Enter claim data accurately into production systems during live calls.
• Guide customers through filing a glass claim with rapport and care.
• Verify insurance coverage and deductibles and communicate details to customers.
• Assist with scheduling repair or recalibration at Safelite or partner shops.
