Job summary

Safelite is seeking remote customer support specialists to assist policyholders and auto glass shops from home. Openings include full-time and part-time positions, with start dates in January 2027 and no overnight shifts.

Pay is $18.00 per hour with weekly pay and opportunities for tuition reimbursement of up to $5,250 per year. Training is provided with Monday–Friday sessions in the first weeks, and employees must provide their own equipment.

Qualifications

• Professional answering of inbound calls using scripted prompts.
• Ability to enter claim data accurately while on live calls.
• Comfortable in a highly structured, performance-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers, policyholders, insurers, and repair shops.
• Enter claim data into production systems during calls.
• Guide customers through filing a glass claim with rapport and care.
• Coordinate scheduling of repairs or recalibration services as requested.
