Qualifications

• Experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from customers and agents using scripted prompts.
• Enter claim data into production systems during calls.
• Guide customers through filing a glass claim with empathy and rapport.
• Verify insurance coverage and deductible amounts and communicate to the customer.
• Assist scheduling repair/recalibration at Safelite locations or partner shops.
• Utilize provided systems to improve the customer experience.
• Resolve customer complaints with accurate product and service information.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
