Gallagher is seeking a remote Client Service Manager for our small business division to deliver exceptional customer service to a diverse client base. You will lead renewal activities, nurture buyer relationships, and collaborate with sales to grow coverage lines.

The role emphasizes consultative risk management, data accuracy, and leveraging Gallagher technology to boost productivity while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service/claims experience or HS/GED with 3+ years client service/claims experience.
• Property and Casualty Insurance License required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process to deliver high-quality solutions on time.
• Secure existing business and drive cross-sell of services and lines of coverage.
• Nurture relationships with buyers and client representatives.
• Guide team in addressing client risk management needs via consultative conversations.
• Mentor team through learning, feedback, and talent development.
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance standards and service levels.
• Maintain accurate client and policy data and documents in the Gallagher system.
• Use Gallagher technology to improve productivity and quality.
• Manage multiple competing priorities.
