Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with 3+ years in client service/claims.
• Licensed Property & Casualty Insurance coverage knowledge or license.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client renewals and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Manage renewal processes by collecting client information and delivering tailored solutions.
• Identify gaps in coverage, review claims, and upsell related services.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and carrier partners.
• Mentor teammates, provide feedback, and support learning.
• Ensure compliance through audits and accurate data entry in Gallagher systems.
