Gallagher is seeking a remote Client Service Manager to join our small business division, delivering exceptional service to a diverse portfolio of clients. You will build relationships, collaborate with the sales team, and steer consultative conversations to address risk management needs.

As a leader, you will guide the Client Service team, mentor staff, ensure compliance, maintain accurate data in Gallagher systems, and leverage our technology to improve productivity and service quality across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 1+ years client service/claims experience OR HS with 3+ years client service/claims experience
• Property and Casualty Insurance License
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Responsibilities

• Lead renewal process to deliver high-quality solutions
• Secure existing business and drive cross-sell of services
• Nurture relationships with buyers and client reps
• Guide team in addressing client risk management needs
• Mentor team through learning and feedback
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and service levels
